MISSION – VISION

MISSION

To provide the manpower deemed required for the fulfillment of the services of the Ministry’s departments; to provide guidance oriented at the same; and to provide services under a swift, accurate, efficient, proper, conformant, coordinated and people-oriented manner.

 

VISION

To employ modern, qualified and trained personnel as deemed required in our era in accordance with the Policy of Environment and Urbanization, while ensuring the improvement of the qualifications and performances of the same.

 

OBJECTIVE

The objective is to ensure efficient employment of personnel by placing the manpower factor in the center of the principles of staff employment as deemed required for the fulfillment of the services of Ministry’s relevant departments, and to ensure the employment of personnel meeting the requirements of the works and managing to respond today’s rapid-changing conditions, as well as meeting the personnel needs of the relevant departments.

 

TARGET

To determine and procure the manpower needed in the central and provincial organizations of the units of our Ministry structured pursuant to the Presidential Decree No. 1,

To hold the examination of title change and promotion for the personnel,

To subject the personnel to and provide with in-service training in order to fulfill the services for their personal and professional development in the best manner possible,

To use the reward management system for the employees who are more successful than their colleagues as a result of their extraordinary efforts and works.

To make personnel appointments as legally obligatory in terms of employment,

In case the required personnel cannot be provided on a permanent basis, to take the necessary actions with the objective to meet the needs with the contracted personnel,

To assign the surplus civil officers and worker of the government to the units needed,

To increase the performance by carrying out activities oriented at improving the economic and social rights of employees.
