GENERAL DIRECTORATE OF PERSONNEL
ARTICLE 109/B- (Annex: RG-10/1/2019-30651-CK-27/29 art.)
The duties and powers of the General Directorate of Personnel are as follows:
1) To carry out the required works on the personnel planning and personnel policy of the Ministry; to present suggestions for the improvement of the personnel system.
2) To carry out the appointment, transfer, promotion, retirement and similar personal transactions of the Ministry personnel,
3) To draw up, put into practice and evaluate the training plan of the Ministry, (Transferred to the Department of Training and Publication.)
4) To fulfill other duties assigned by the Minister
